Millie Guy was the mother of Baldy Guy & George Guy. Her husband, whose name is unknown at this time was born into slavery in
Virginia.
She was born into slavery in Raleigh, North Carolina and was owned by Dr. Joseph Guy. Dr. Guy moved from North Carolina to Tuscumbia County, Alabama in 1825 and took Millie with him.

It is not known if Millie had any more children.
In the 1870 Census Report Millie Guy was living with her son George Guy and his wife Katie Washington-Guy near Olive Branch, Mississippi.
